Today's TLA of the day is SSF

Scrutinize, Suspect, Fictionalize

My inspiration today came from the fact that our company gave out mugs which read Security, Safety, Freedom. Maybe I am just a paranoid little peon in this company, but I just think people should be leary of these words. If one analyzes these 3 words it implies an implicit algorithm for freedom. First comes security, then comes safety, then comes your freedom. Its a little scary. I don't know I thought the whole point of freedom is being free. I mean the definition of freedom is "The condition of being free of restraints." Maybe I am over analyzing things, I mean these words are all for good publicity and propaganda for our current efforts on the war on terrorism. But propaganda has been used throughout human history to do evil things (look at what Hitler did with propaganda). Now more than ever is the time for people to scrutinize and suspect our government's fiction of certain "facts" displayed for the American people. In my humble opinion, America is still a country of the people, by the people, and for the people. And if the American people aren't more responsible about controling the people in control then there is a potential you might just lose your own Security, your own Safety, and your own personal Freedom.

Today's TLA of the day is KIA

Know It All

My inspiration to publish these TLA's come from everywhere. So today,I found this link . This article comes from the onion . It is a hilarious web page about current events and random
stupid things. Its very entertaining. I sort of agree with the article. So what if you got a college degree, and use poly-syllabic words. The important question will being a know it all get you a number of a really hot chick? Some cats can pull this off, but more often than not, people will probably look like an elitist socialite if you come off as a know it all. So I guess the lesson is sometimes it is good to act ignorant when you want to be friendly and get a hot chick's number.
